easy pee-sy
I just spoke to Patrick and he is having a great time with 3 of the 4 Kane kiddos. He is really a super duper uncle, complete with a trip to Toy Story 3 in 3D!
We are having a great time here "just the ladies" but we are excited to join the gang (and the cool NW weather) in just a few short days! How bout those cuties with a sign "Hurry Up to Turtle Rock" ....yeah, we so totally agree! Be there soon!

outnumbered
This weekend we returned the "kid swap" favor and watched 2 sweet boys Wyatt and Sawyer. Caroline and Wyatt played great together and had a ball at the water park by our house. Three is a handful but not so bad when they are all so well behaved! Come back anytime boys!

Fun Friday
Today Mom and I took Caroline to get her nine months pictures taken and since we were so close we decided to stop and have a fun evening at the Splash pad! Just a few weeks ago Patrick and I took her and she was scared of the water, boy how different things are now (things change so unbelievably quickly these days)! This girl LOVES the water!
OH FUN!

Oh what a LOVELY day! We went to the SPA (Intercontinental Montalucia) for a little pampering, and it was D.I.V.I.N.E. We layed by the pool, had a super yummy lunch, sat in the hot tub, and got amazing massages. The perfect mother/daughter retreat. This hotel is fairly new in town and is certainly for the rich and famous...we had fun pretending for the day!
off we go....
off we go....Grandma
Oh how we are loving having Grandma in town! Our laundry baskets always stay empty, breakfast is made, the house is clean, and our little girl has learned every song every written, with motions no less! It has really made me realize how quickly little Car can soak up new things, and how lucky she is to have such a wonderful Grandma!

New accessory and a belated Father's Day
Caroline has a new accessory.......Chocolate Pudding!
She went to town with her own cup of pudding at dinner!
My MIL was not feeling well yesterday so she and my FIL were unable to join us for Father's Day dinner, so tonight we brought our leftovers to them and had Father's Day dinner AGAIN! Caroline joined the Stover clan with the traditional spoon balancing, what a talented kid!

18 Months
Caroline is 18 months (and a half) old, where did the time go! She had her doctors appt yesterday (we had to push it back since she came home from Jimmy's wedding with pink eye) and is still continuing to top the charts! Here are her stats:
Height: 32 1/2 inches (75%)
Weight: 25 lbs 8 oz (75%)
Head: 19 1/4 inches (90%)
She now knows all her main body parts (eyes, ears, nose, mouth, hair, fingers, toes, and of course her belly button)and can point to them when asked. We are working on animal sounds and so far knows a sheep say BAA and a cow says MOO. Grandma bought a water table when she came home with us last week, and Caroline loves to play in it on our new porch! (It also keeps her out of Heisman's water dish!) She takes after her mom with the "bag lady status" and loves to carry around purses or bags& fill them up with stuff. She still loves to take things out of her drawers and then put it all back in, and is obsessed with flushing the toliet and watching it circle. We have sort of started potty training since lately as soon as Caroline goes in her diaper she brings us a clean diaper and lays down to be changed. We have been putting her on her potty, but so far no luck. She had lots of new funny faces and cracks herself up often. She loves to watch sing-a-longs on TV and knows all the motions to If your Happy and you know it, and thanks to Grandma twinkle twinkle little star. She loves to dance and is such a happy girl!
Caroline, we love you so much and can't believe what a fun little person you have become! You make our lives so full and we love seeing the world through your eyes. Everyday with you is so much more fun! We cannot wait for lots of fun adventures we have in store this summer!
