Monterey

We went to Cali this weekend to celebrate 5 years of wedded bliss, and it was the perfect getaway! The weather was amazing, the beaches were pristine, the food was yummy, and the company was the best! It was so nice to get away and reconnect, although we were happy to get home and snuggle up with Caroline! Thanks Laura and Elizabeth for watching her for us!

5 Years

It's been 5 years (ok, and over a month) and we are ready to celebrate IN STYLE! I can't believe how quickly the time has flown by, it has been every bit better than I ever suspected marriage, life, and love could be when you are with the person who makes everyday more fun! Here's to 5 years........and many many more! I love you sweetie!

It's Here!

My Mother's Day gift (from my lovely SIL's) arrived this week, and it is beyond beautiful. The artist captured Caroline's silhouette so perfectly! I just love it!

starting early

In exactly 122 days my lovely little girl will have helped me make Christmas cookies, been introduced to the Elf on the Shelf, gotten her pictures taken with Santa, gone to multiple Christmas parties, tried egg nog, sung Christmas carols, read the night before Christmas, and will be waking up to the magic that Santa provides every little girl and boy around the world in just one wonderous night.................

SO today I jump started the holiday magic by booking a trip on the Polar Express!

(I know it seems early, but they sell out every year, and when I checked today, spots were already super limited!)

Our Day.....so far

This moring we headed over to ASU's first scrimagge to see what the season will look like! Caroline loves her Sparky book so we thought she might enjoy seeing Sparky, but she was really scared, oh well guess it's better not to have a devil worshipper anyway :)! the boys checking out the talent
