2014 Spring Pageant

The girls had their spring pageant on Saturday and both did so good! Scarlett's debut was in the Christmas pageant last year and she basically stood in one spot with her fingers in her month. This year was a different story...she sang, jumped, twirled, and played musical spots changing her location on the stage over and over again! She was so cute and had a blast!
They sang two songs: Jungle Safari and God is wild about us. Jungle Safari has a line "look at the animals everywhere" and when they sang that they looked through their binoculars......so cute!

notice Scarlett's new spot on stage! HA!

Caroline sang a song about opposites and of course did PERFECT!

This girl is made for the stage!
2 cute sisters after the show
Paw-Paw and Aunt Laura joined us at the show too!
the five of us
the three kiddos
after the show we went out for ice cream....this was Cooper's face while he was eating it.....hilarious!

We are so proud of the girls for all of their practice and hard work! They both did great!

rite of passage

Friday Night Caroline asked me to do something to her my mama did to me many MANY times over the years. She wanted to sleep in pink sponge curlers so her hair would be curly for her spring pageant the next day.

It looked absolutely DARLING!

swimming, soccer, and mexican food

Sunday morning Paw-Paw, Laura, Kelley, Clara, and Mrs Harris came over to swim and enjoy the beautiful sunshine. After swimming and lunch we packed up and headed to Ben's soccer game.

Thursday night Kelley and Clara arrived in town from Seattle and to kick off the birthday weekend we headed to the Stover family's favorite restaurant spot, Houstons. Since our two littles don't do super great in restaurants and this restaurant leads to a large bill we left Scarlett and Coop with our sitter and we let Caroline join us! It was great night out!

steps and more steps

AUNT PAIGE

Aunt Paige was here for work this weekend and we got to see her for a few hours on friday night before she headed back home! It was great to see her, we only wish it was a longer visit and Uncle Tommy could have joined her!
