We had originally planned to leave Caroline with friends yesterday and hike Camelback Mountain and then lay by the pool and have lunch, but our friends little guy's got sick......so plan B was the Salsa Festival! One perk of living in the Southwest! We had a great time with our friends, and enjoyed lots of yummy and HOT salsa's!
