March and April

We got surprised on St Patrick's Day by a sneaky little elf who messed with our dinner while we were at school! We came home to green lemonade, green mashed potatoes, and green dessert.....that sneaky elf!
Coop is such a little doll when he climbs out of his crib and in with me each morning

I want to freeze this kid this little forever....he is such a fun little guy
Patrick takes the kiddos the the park EARLY on Saturday mornings before it gets busy and too hot....last Sunday Patrick was golfing so I took my turn at dawn patrol. Cooper and the girls LOVE the zip line.....

this playground is really fun and once summer hits they have a great splash pad too
it's also right across from Chick-fil-A.....so we hit up breakfast when we were worn out from playing
Cooper loves sports and especially loves to watch anything Daddy is watching. I caught them one day standing together and cheering on March Madness.
found this Caroline selfie on my phone
Caroline had her first (pseudo) sleepover with her buddy Lily. I organized some of the kindergarten moms to go out for dinner and to the theatre last friday night, so while we were out Lily spent the evening with the girls until Lily's mom came home with me late and retrieved her. They had BIG fun!
Last week I went into Caroline's class to help them make Easter Baskets for their 7th grade buddies, Easter egg hunting bags, and resurrection rolls (rolls with marshmallows that disappear like Jesus in the tomb when they are baked)

For Christmas Paw-PAw got Caroline the best gift! A subscription to Kiwi Crate.....a craft company that send Caroline an art box every month with a themed craft to create! Her first one arrived a while back and we tackled it.....it was SO SO fun! It was bug themed and she used sponges and paint to decorate some artwork and created a flying contraption that she loved. It's really the best gift!

Oh boy......then the kids got in on the fun...

it's not a party till someone starts crying :)
Last Wednesday was Caroline's last day of school till the 13th and they had a day of prayer and "trekking through the desert" to celebrate the upcoming holiday. They were all asked to come in costume.
Since school was a half day that day we went on a special outing to get our toes painted that afternoon together
Caroline got the cutest flowers on her toes for Easter!
