A few of Caroline's girl scout friends and their Mamas (who I am lucky to call my friends) loaded up EARLY and headed to the cool pines to enjoy a day of Fairy Camp. Sweet girls, Maddy, Lily, Shannon, and Caroline.
Hannah also surprised us and met us up there!
We checked into camp and bought the girls water bottle holders at the neat little trading post. Then we were assigned our leader for the day and told that we had several activities to prove we were fairy worthy! First activity for the day was making fairy bracelets.

then it was time for some fairy games and races

and lastly they made fairy wands
Then it was time for lunch in the mess hall. It was fun for the girls to see how summer camp looks at lunch time with each girl participating in a "job" whether it be fetching food for the table or clearing the table. After some fun songs it was time for the fairy hunt.
after a LONG hike, we found the lost fairies and enjoyed some sweet nectar (AKA apple juice)
After we found the lost fairy and hiked back to camp we received our official Fairy Status and received our badges.
Before we started the drive back to town we exchanged our SWAPS with other troops. *The night before everyone came over to our house to make the SWAPS, which turned into the moms drinking wine and making them while the kids all swam! It was fun for the girls to come home with so many new treasures!
It was such a fun day together with our sweet girls and each other!!!
