It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas

We have been packing in lots of fun this holiday season! The first weekend in December we hosted Caroline's girl scout troop over to our house for a little Christmas party.
the girls colored pictures, made ornaments, made reindeer food...

and had a little white elephant gift exchange (there were LOTS of Shopkins). It was a super fun little party!

St Nicholas came and left treats in the kids shoes

Scarlett's class started working on the letter S, Scarlett got a shout out on the board :)
We went to sit on Santa's lap, and once again loved the cool Santa HQ set-up! All the kids made it on the nice list!

After telling Santa what they wanted and getting a picture we headed to the Angel trees to pick two names to buy presents for.
A few nights later Aunt Laura and Paw-Paw came over for our annual cookie baking night

 BUCKEYES!!!

 Shortbread cookie station
I made some snacks for Caroline's class
both girls participated in the gymnastics Christmas showcase

Caroline wrote her letter to Santa

 They got medals from Santa
 a Santa hug

silly girls, proud of their medals

We attend some Christmas parties in our holiday wear
Caroline's class decorated gingerbread houses with their buddies (that me and a few other parents built a few days prior, 50 Gingerbread houses is A LOT of work!!)
